Wednesday's 6:00 game was our last one. The coin toss put us as visitor. There were no runs in the 1st inning. Scored one run in the second but it ended quickly with a pop fly to left and the 3rd base runner didn't tag up and was thrown out on the double play. I think that was the turning point and so the boys ended up beating themselves. The Sox scored 13 runs in the second, partly from wild pitches and poor fielding. The 3rd inning gave us 4 more runs, one being Colton. He got on base from a wild pitch that grazed him (refer to video below). It looks worse than it actually is. He is OK, no bruising or any marks. The game was called in the 4th inning from time running out. The boys were trying hard to catch up. After the game each player was given a medal. Everyone headed back to the motel for a swim party and threw the coaches into the pool.
